Allison Mauney

Chief Operating Officer

Allison, is an experienced, 40 year HR professional with expertise in all areas of human resources in diverse business sectors In the private sector, Allison has excelled in HR in retail, distribution, call center, and contract food service. Public sector experience includes both municipal and county government. Allison has a BS in Human Resources and a Masters in Education. Her outstanding consultation and training experience includes NBC Studios, Kennedy Spaceport, Everglades National Park and several professional sports arenas across the country.

Hugh Sandoe

VP of Training

Hugh brings nearly a decade of experience in NC local government, with expertise spanning both human resources and performance management. He holds a Master's in Public Affairs from UNC Greensboro and is passionate about helping local governments operate at their highest potential.
